Refund Policy
Summary: Due to the nature of our digital service, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However we will consider refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase if the service was not used. Please read the full policy below for details.
1. General Policy
SnapAndFlip provides a digital AI-powered reseller tool delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate delivery of access and scan credits, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
By subscribing to any plan or purchasing any top-up pack you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription fees for Starter, Pro, and Pro+ plans are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Refund requests may be considered within 48 hours of the initial purchase only, and only if no scans have been used during that period.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
3. Scan Top-Up Packs
All scan top-up purchases are non-refundable once added to your account. Scan credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are considered used regardless of whether individual scans have been performed.
Unused scan top-up credits do not roll over between billing periods and expire at the end of the calendar month in which they were purchased.
4. Exceptions
SnapAndFlip reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered in cases where:
— A technical error on our end prevented access to the service entirely
— A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing system error
— A refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase and no scans have been used
Exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly before disputing a charge — we are happy to review your situation and work toward a fair resolution.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your account email, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
