A note on refunds — the current refund policy requires no scans to have been used within the 48 hour window. As a brand new solo operation every dollar matters in the early stages. This will be revisited as SnapAndFlip grows and becomes more established. The goal is to eventually offer a no questions asked refund policy — but that takes revenue to get there first.
