Fair Use Policy
The short version: Unlimited means unlimited for normal reseller use. If your usage becomes extraordinary — over 1,200 scans in a month — your account may be temporarily paused while we reach out to find the best solution for you. Nobody gets suspended automatically. Ever.
1. Why This Policy Exists
SnapAndFlip offers generous scan allowances designed to cover even the most active resellers. This Fair Use Policy exists to protect the quality and availability of the service for all users and to ensure that a small number of extremely high volume accounts do not negatively impact the experience of others.
2. Scan Thresholds
The following thresholds apply to Pro and Pro+ subscribers. Starter plan subscribers are limited to their monthly scan allowance and will be prompted to top up or upgrade when their limit is reached.

3. What Happens When an Account Is Paused
If your account reaches the 1,200 scan threshold your scans will be automatically paused. You will see a friendly message explaining the situation and will be offered two options:
Option 1 — Purchase a top-up pack to resume scanning immediately. Top-up packs are available to all subscribers at any time.
Option 2 — Wait for our support team to contact you. We will reach out to discuss your usage and find the best plan or arrangement for your needs. This may include a custom business plan for very high volume users.
No account is ever permanently suspended under this policy without direct communication from our team.
4. Prohibited Automated Use
This policy also covers automated or bot-assisted scanning. All scans must be initiated manually by a human user. Automated scanning tools, scripts, bots, or any form of programmatic access to the scanning feature is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination regardless of scan count.
5. Starter Plan Limits
Starter plan subscribers receive 15 scans per month. As a welcome bonus, your first month includes an extra 15 scans — giving you 30 scans in your first month to get started. From month 2 onwards your monthly allowance is 15 scans. When your monthly limit is reached your scans will pause automatically and you will be prompted on screen to either purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. This is not a fair use pause — it is simply your plan limit being reached.
6. Fine Print Disclosure
This Fair Use Policy is disclosed at account signup, on the pricing page, and in the Terms of Service. By subscribing to any plan you acknowledge and accept this policy. The language used when an account is paused is always constructive and solution-focused — we are here to help you find the right plan, not to penalize you for using our service.
