1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SnapAndFlip you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SnapAndFlip is a web-based AI reseller tool that identifies items from photos and provides real market pricing data and listing descriptions. The service is provided on a subscription basis with optional scan top-up purchases.

All pricing data is sourced from third party marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, and Etsy. SnapAndFlip does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing data and it should be used as a guide only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapAndFlip for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users. You agree not to attempt to automate scans, use bots, or otherwise abuse the scanning system. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for the content of photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to do so.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

6. Fair Use

Pro and Pro+ plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Accounts exceeding 1,200 scans per month may be temporarily paused. See our Fair Use Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

SnapAndFlip and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapAndFlip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you upload.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapAndFlip is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing data will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapAndFlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service including any financial decisions made based on pricing data provided.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
